I decided that I needed to do something other than complain about how businesses were treating their customers and start a business of my own. When it comes to tech support each situation is unique. Your problem can be specific to your state, computer, OS, device, etc. Having said that a lot of our customers do have the same questions when they first find us, hopefully these answers will help you.
We use secure software to connect to your computer over the internet. You will need to grant us permission, and you can see everything we do on your screen while we fix your issue and then the connection is severed.
We use encrypted connections to ensure your data remains private and secure. We follow strict security protocols to protect your information.
Our technicians are certified professionals who adhere to best practices in cybersecurity. We will never ask for sensitive information like passwords or bank details.
We stand by our work. If something goes wrong, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

We charge $99 for an initial 30 minute appointment, after the first 30 minutes the charge is $99 an hour.
